到迅雷上搜个windows xp的英文版下载安装就行，费用不算时间成本，电费，电脑损耗折旧费几乎为零。办公软件如office的英文版不好找，大多数软件都有多语言包，下载后选择英文就行。笔记本是惠普的装XP可能会遇到驱动麻烦，提前到官网上下载惠普驱动再重装吧。
英文系统跟中文的比起来没快多少，如果你只是想练练英语的话就没必要了，说不定安了你还想删掉。如果是出国用的话还可以考虑下。
1.控制面板-语言和区域选项
2.因为我现在用win7，和XP有差异，所以，窗口名称记不清了，但是打开语言和区域选项后，在第一页、第三页都要设置为简体中文区域选项，并且要勾选“为东亚地区安装语言包”（这个名称也记不清了）
3.一共三个地方要设置语言区域为简体中文，至此重启，即可解决英文系统，无法输入中文的问题。
